・ As a general rule, kimonos are prepared by the customer. If you cannot prepare it, you can also prepare it at Hanamizuki. (Kimono fee will be charged separately.)

・ If you would like to try on a sample, please contact Hanamizuki's office. Please feel free to tell us.
・ Hanamizuki is remaking with the same pattern. Depending on the tension of the kimono, the image may differ from the sample. We will explain with samples etc. at the time of the meeting, but we appreciate your understanding.
・ Please be sure to visit the laundry at the laundry festival. It is even more secure if you tell us that it is a kimono when you put it out. Since it is a kimono fabric, discoloration will always occur. Please avoid washing at home.
・ At Hanamizuki, we take the time to make each item carefully. Delivery may take from one month to one and a half months. Please note that.
・ When ordering, the price will be paid in advance. We do not offer refunds for cancellations made after payment, so we appreciate your understanding.
・ Delivery of requested kimono and delivery of clothes are carried out at the office.
